Why wasn’t THAT advertised?!
That thing about American Gladiators(an athletic game show somewhat similar to American Ninja Warrior if it also had bodybuilders as obstacles, that ran from 1989-1996), yes that is all I knew about medicine balls. I had only seen them used to knock people down. I was very pleased to see them in their natural habitat.
