How not to use battle ropes at the gym.
Thankfully I was shown the proper way on the first day, because I’d be looking at those rope-bangers oddly.

A squirrel is banging two heavy ropes against the mat so they form a sine pattern. This is the proper way to use battle ropes.
Enter the ferret. The ferret doesn't know how to use battle ropes. He starts jumping over them as if they're jump ropes.
