A poodle-like dog without the fancy haircut is carrying a newspaper in his mouth when a German shepherd comes out of nowhere and starts barking at him, scaring poodle boy back. The German shepherd then laughs, "You should've seen your face, Maxwell! I can always count on you to scare easily and not fight ba- what are you doing?"
Maxwell is rolling up the newspaper even tighter and informs him, "Activating... cone... OF SILENCE!" hitting the German Shepherd across the face with the somewhat cone-shaped roll of newspaper.
