The Morning After
It really had been close to 20 years since I had been to the gym, and people were right that the pain goes away after a few weeks as your body gets used to the increased activity. I’ve been going to the gym for 7 months now, and I truly do feel better. Sitting at a desk all day at work and then all evening at home was really taking its toll on me.
Also, Pokemon Go finally tracks treadmill walking when linked with Google Fit or Apple Health!

"Oof, I'm really hurting after my first workout in twenty years." sighs the Garrett ferret.
A co-worker responds, "It'll stop being painful after a few weeks. Or a few vodkas."
The ferret goes on, "I'm feeling pain in muscles I've never felt before!", to which the co-worker responds, "TMI". He was actually talking about his abs.
"My arms hurt to much to type," the ferret says to himself. "Can I type with my nose?"
He then leans down to the keyboard to attempt a typing when suddenly he's immobilized by pain in his neck, back, abdomen, nose, flayven, and whatever else. The only thing he's managed to type is a long string of F's.
